These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the company operating the 299bt platform ("299bt", "we", "us") and any person using the platform ("you", "user", "member"). By using the 299bt website, app or services, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the platform.

These terms are written for users in Bangladesh. It is entirely the user's own responsibility to comply with local laws and regulations relating to online gaming.

1. Definitions and Application

2. Account Registration

Each person may have only one active account. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in permanent closure of all associated accounts and cancellation of bonuses.

299bt may at any time request additional documents to verify a member's identity, age and payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified time may result in temporary suspension of the account.

3. Age Verification and Eligibility

All services of 299bt are for persons aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older only. Participation by minors is strictly prohibited.

Providing a false age at the time of registration will be considered a serious violation of these terms, the account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be forfeited.

The following persons may not open or use an account on 299bt:

• Any person under the age of 21.
• Those whose accounts have previously been permanently closed for any reason.
• Those who are registered in a voluntary self-exclusion programme.
• Employees of 299bt and members of their immediate family.

We may at any time request a government-issued identity document (National ID card, passport, birth registration certificate) to verify age and identity.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

299bt currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳200. Once a deposit is processed, it is added to the account instantly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount by any method is ৳500. Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5–30 minutes. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider.

4.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before making a withdrawal.
• Withdrawing via the same method used for the deposit is preferred.
• 299bt reserves the right to reject withdrawal requests from accounts that attempt to withdraw after depositing without placing any bets.
• Funds obtained from bonus amounts must meet the applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

In the case of suspicious transactions, 299bt may delay a withdrawal or keep it on hold until additional verification is completed. If evidence of money laundering or fraudulent activity is found, the associated account will be closed immediately.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members may receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. A wagering requirement of 10x (10x) applies to this bonus.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A specified amount must be wagered before bonus funds can be converted into withdrawable cash. For example, for a 10x wagering requirement, a bonus of ৳1,000 requires a total of ৳10,000 in bets to be placed.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• A member may not use a specific bonus offer more than once.
• If bonus abuse or an attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Some games do not contribute or only partially contribute to bonus wagering; this will be stated in the individual terms of each promotion.
• 299bt reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Cashback Programme

299bt's VIP programme has four tiers and weekly cashback is available:

• Bronze tier — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver tier — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold tier — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Progression to each tier depends on active participation and regular use of the platform.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Results

The results of all games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. No game results are manipulated by 299bt.

6.2 Technical Errors

If a game result is voided due to a software or hardware error, the amount wagered will be returned to the member's wallet. This policy applies in the case of incomplete games.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Exploiting game vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to meet bonus requirements by colluding with others to play against each other (collusion).
• Attempting to access from a restricted region using a VPN or proxy.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.

6.4 Minimum Bet Amount

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 299bt will not be liable for the following:

• Missed games or losses due to internet disconnection or technical failure.

• Issues with the user's own device or network.

12. Changes to Terms
